We are delighted to host this six week project that challenges youth artist activists, to step into leadership and build their skill as political educators/ The program support participants in producing climate focused environmental political education music. Through the use of ciphers utilizing the each one teach one method, and other inclusive learning styles. The project supports youth through a fun and intensive process that leads into production of work for youth by youth.

The project has been successful at achieving the following:

Production of innovative climate focused environmental political education resources created for youth by youth,

Engaging new and diverse audiences in climate and environment for greater accessibility

Cultivating the next generation of youth artist activists

Challenging youth artist activists to explore experiential, socratic and debate learning methods to deepen their perspectives on issues of climate and environment.

We are proud to be a founding partner of the Climate Care Collaborative. The CCC is a coalition of U.S. based and international organizations and leaders in climate, mental health, social justice, academia, and communications. Each are dedicated to expanding, coalescing, and strengthening the field of climate X mental health.

Together, we are working to magnify existing projects, grow philanthropic awareness, and redirect resources toward initiatives that ensure equitable care reaches the climate-impacted communities who need it.

Our most recent effort, the American Climate Mental Health Summit, brought together an incredible roster of thinkers and doers who are working across fields to fill the gap in care, support and coordination to serve the climate and environmental workforce.

Mission: To develop, expand, and drive resources into the emergent field of climate mental health in order to better support climate-mental health professionals and the climate-impacted communities we serve.

Youth Activists lead their own peer training in music/arts and multimedia to define their needs, create their own paths and express their vision for creative freedom. We are proud to host this effort and support its leadership.

To date they have developed original climate and environmental audio/visual cyphers featuring Black youth artist and activists

The experiment produced two interactive climate and environmental, justice education activities/lesson plans to accompany cyphers.

The experiment led to production of a Tik-Tok series on the making of the Experiment.
